What shipping options are offered?
We ship to Germany with DHL & DPD. Delivery within Germany is free for orders over €49.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery:
To Germany
Shipping is free for orders over 49 €. If your shopping cart is below that, shipping with DHL within Germany costs 3.60 € and with DPD 3.80 €.
To Austria
Shipping with GLS to Austria costs 6.70€. Shipping with Post AT Home costs 8.70 €.
To Belgium
Shipping with DHL Premium to Belgium costs 16.20€. Shipping with GLS Flex International costs 9.75 €.
To France
Shipping with DHL Premium to France costs 16.20€. Shipping with GLS Flex International costs 9.10 €.
To Italy
Shipping with DHL Premium to Italy costs 18.95€. Shipping with GLS Flex International costs 9.10 €.
To the Netherlands
Shipping with DHL Premium to Belgium costs 16.20€. Shipping with GLS Flex International costs 9.25 €.
To Poland
Shipping with InPost Home Delivery to Poland costs 3.75€.
Shipping outside the EU
Currently, we only ship within Germany and the EU.

Additional notes:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that there may be slight delays during high demand periods (e.g., holidays, launches).
When will my order arrive?
As soon as we complete your order for shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use the shipping service provider's website to track status updates and view the estimated arrival.
You can also check the shipping status under Service > Track Package. For this, you only need your order number and your postal code.
What are the return shipping costs?
Return:
The cost for a return within Germany amounts to €4.90.
For returns from all other delivery countries, the costs and execution are to be borne by the customer.

My package has already arrived damaged. What should I do?

Are the ordered items undamaged?
If only the packaging is damaged and you would like to return something, you can use any packaging of your choice for that.
Simply contact us at the above email address or via the contact form.
In which countries is delivery possible?
Currently, we deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, France & Italy.

We are sorry to hear that. In order to provide you with the best possible support, please contact us at contact@studiopranique.com with all relevant information, so that we can review and address your concern as quickly as possible.
How can I return an item?
You can return your order within 7 days and receive a full refund.
Feel free to contact us via the contact form or directly by email at contact@studiopranique.com, and you will receive all further information by email.
How does the refund work?
As soon as we have checked your return, we will refund the amount through the payment method you selected. Depending on the payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account – we ask for your patience in this matter.
